Today, I got a cashier’s check for $300+ and sent my packet to the consulate on Webster Street in SF.
I was putting a lot of faith in the USPS but this is the way the consulate requests the submission of documents and I gave it a kiss and sent it off.
Even asked a lady in the Post Office to take my photo before turning it over to the clerk.
